Brian has over 20 years experience of marketing, business development and sales within the high technology semiconductor market. He has held senior marketing management positions at Texas Instruments, Synopsys, VLSI Technology and Philips Semiconductors. Brian has global experience, having lived in the USA and having directly worked with clients in the UK, in mainland Europe, in the Far East and in the USA.

Prior to Nova Consultants, Brian gained substantial experience with technology start-ups. He established business models, built relationships with major OEMs and headed up marketing, applications and business development functions for a number of semiconductor intellectual property companies.

Brian was awarded an MBA by Kingston University in 2000.

Wynn Rees

Wynn has over 20 years technical and management experience of developing digital multimedia products for the Digital TV, Consumer, Semiconductor and Telecommunications industry. He has held senior positions at Sony Semiconductors, LSI Logic, Vistek and Harris.

Prior to Nova Consultants Wynn gained substantial experience in advanced product development (inc MPEG, COFDM, Bluetooth and security), technology partnerships & acquisitions, and programme management (both chip & product)

Wynn has been a member of the DVB Commercial Module, DVB Technical Module and DVB Copy Protection Group for several years. He chaired the DVB group responsible for defining the commercial requirements for Wireless Home Networks (DVB-WHN). Currently he is a member of the receivers sub-group of the Government's DTI Digital Television Project.

Wynn is qualified to degree level in Physics & Electronics.

Colin Raeside

Colin has over 20 years experience of business forecasting and planning. He has held senior management positions at Grant Thornton plc, a leading accountancy firm.

Prior to Nova Consultants, Colin headed up a support organisation providing technical/risk management, training and other marketing services, such as conference and seminar planning, presentation skills and corporate hospitality, to external clients.

Colin is qualified as an Accountant.
